Troubleshooting is the process of identifying and fixing common computer issues.

Common Issues and Solutions

  1. Slow Performance:
    • Close unnecessary programs.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Check for updates or run a virus scan.
  2. Unresponsive Programs:
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
    • Select the unresponsive program and click End Task.
