Using Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word is a word processing application used to create, edit, and format documents.
Creating a New Document
- Open Microsoft Word.
- Click Blank Document to start a new file.
Basic Features
- Typing and Editing:
- Type text using the keyboard.
- Use the Backspace or Delete key to remove text.
- Saving a Document:
- Click File > Save As.
- Choose a location and name your file.
- Formatting Text:
- Use the toolbar to change font, size, and color.
- Apply bold, italic, or underline styles.
Adding Images
- Click Insert > Pictures.
- Select an image from your computer and click Insert.
Printing a Document
- Click File > Print.
- Select your printer and click Print.
